迫害反対の署名をください　中国で発生している虐殺を止めさせよう

 

中国は1988年10月4日に国連が1984年12月10日に決議した「残虐な体刑とその他残忍、非人道的、または人格を侮辱する対処と処罰を禁止する公約」に同意しました。その内容とは、残虐な体刑及び他の形の虐待、非人道的または人格を侮辱する対処と処罰を禁止するというのです。1992年3月2日に中国共産党は国連が1989年11月20日に決議した「児童権利国際公約」にも署名しました。2004年に中国の憲法に関連の法律を追加して、公民の人権が国家に尊重され保護されると明確に表しています。しかし、現実の中国で多くの事実は完全にこれら条文に背いています。

1949年から今日まで、中国共産党は幾多のいわゆる革命と政治運動の中で、8千万人を死亡させました。中国共産党は階級闘争を通じて計画的に少しずつ敵対者を殺戮し集団絶滅して、その甚だ大きい罪悪は竹を使い果たしても書き尽くせないほど多いです：

·    土地改革で2千万人の地主、富農、「反革命分子」と「悪人」を作り出して、後に彼らに迫害を加えて、最後、地主階層を根こそぎ取り除きました。

·    商工業改造は資産階級を消滅しました。当時の上海市市長陳毅はかつて毎日「今日はどれだけのパラシュート兵がいるか？」と尋ねていたといいます。つまりどれだけの資本家が飛び降り自殺したかとの意味です。

·    統計によると、中国共産党は1950年代に少なくとも3百万人の宗教信徒と民間人を捕らえて殺しました。

·    「反右派運動」に中国共産党は人々が自由に発言させるために「弱点につけこまない、打撃を加えない、帽子(レッテル)をかぶせない、後から追求しない」とのスローガンを出して、結局、当初の約束を破って55万人を「右派分子」と確定して、27万人の公職を奪って、23万人に「中右分子」と「反党反社会主義者」のレッテルを被せました。

·    「大躍進」に実施した「一畝当たりの収穫量を万斤(５０００キログラム)、鋼鉄生産量は倍増、十年でイギリスを超えて、十五年でアメリカを超える」というでたらめな計画は、深刻な大飢饉を起し、餓死者が野に溢れ民は生きた心地がなかったのです。

·    統計によると、中国の「文化大革命」の時期に、死亡した人数は773万人にも達したといいます。死亡人数を最も多く出したのは戦争時代でなく平和な時代である、即ち毛沢東が政権を握る1968年から始めた時期であることがはっきり分かります。

·    1989年「6・4天安門事件」は国内外を驚かせました。数千人の学生、知識人と民衆は殺戮されました。彼らの罪名は中国共産党に改革を求めることだけでした。平和なデモを行う無抵抗な学生にも中国共産党の政権は依然として機関銃と戦車を使って発砲しました。

·    1999年7月から、中国共産党の元党首・江沢民は中国共産党の握っている国会マシン、軍隊、メディア、公安、警察、武装警察、国安、司法系統、人民委員大会、外交、偽宗教団体などなどを利用して法輪功迫害に奉仕させました。肉体面、経済面、精神面の残酷な迫害は何千人に及ぶ法輪功学習者を打ち殺して、数十万人が不法に懲役を下され、強制労働改造を強いられ、家族が四散しました。何千万人に及ぶ法輪功学習者の家族、親戚、同僚も巻き添えられました。

中国共産党の独裁統治はナチス、ソビエトの統治と違いなく、異なる意見を持つ、または真相を言う勇気のある人々を弾圧し迫害を加えます。中国共産党に「異議者」と見なされる群体は：民主化運動人士、台湾独立人士、チベットの僧侶、ウイグル族の回教徒、民間教会、法輪功学習者……などです。彼らは連行され強制労働改造を強いられ、想像しがたい残虐な体刑、精神面の虐待と政治的な圧迫を受けました。

2006年3月から中国全土の病院に多数の法輪功学習者が監禁されている事実が世に知られました。いったん臓器移植手術をしたい患者がいると、これら法輪功学習者は生きたままで臓器を狩られる危険にさらされます。臓器が摘出された法輪功学習者は生きたまま焼却炉に投げ込まれて、死体が消滅されます。一大国の政府はこのような血生臭い、卑劣、悪辣な手段で人間の命を奪って、臓器の取引をすることは、欧米の人権組織に「この地球上で見たことのないほど邪悪」と称されます。

中国共産党が犯した罪を厳しく非難する！


中国の国民に対して中国共産党が犯した様々な殺戮と大罪に対し、私達は何もせず傍観するわけにはいきません。私達は中国共産党を脱退した人たちを応援し、そして更に多くの人に中国共産党と付属の組織（共産主義青年団、少年先鋒隊）から脱退させます。実際の行動で中国共産党の独裁暴政に「ノー」を言うことを励まします。

Comments: I was absolutely flabberghasted when I read about the recent tortures in China. Lately, I've been having nightmares about torture in China ... but it was before I even knew about Falun Dafa and the awareness that's being spread. I know that my nightmares may not surprise anyone, but it certainly shocked me because I have actually been channeling that hostile brutality for months, without even knowing about it at all! A friend of mine sent me a link to the awareness and it hit me a like a ton of bricks; this is it; this is what my nightmares were about!
